INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• Before using it for the first time, remove the appliance from its packaging
and clean the accessories with a damp cloth.
• Choose the attachment you would like to use (D/E) and attach it to the
appliance, by applying slight pressure against the motor body, until you
hear a click.
• The beaters are used to make
sponges, to beat eggs, make
mousses, whip cream, etc..
• The hooks are used to make
dough, for bread, pizzas,
pastries, etc...
• Place the ingredients in a suitable recipient, a baking bowl for mixing.
Do not overfill to prevent splashes.
• Plug the appliance into the mains and then you only have to select the
required speed to switch the appliance on. You are recommended to
start at the lowest speed and work your way up to the required one.
• For optimum results, you are recommended to turn the beaters
clockwise.
Turbo function: this function allows you to work with bursts, or
continuous beating (if you press the button permanently), to get greater
control over food preparation.
• Once you have finished using the appliance, unplug it from the mains
and remove the accessories by pressing button C.
• Observe the maximum operating time of 60 seconds.
• Prolonged operation can overheat the motor. Let the blender cool to
room temperature before using it again.
