The higher the number on the grind selector, the coarser the grind (1 = fine, and 24 = coarse).

For espresso you need a fine grind (low number), for filter coffee you need a medium grind and for

French Press coffee you need a course grind (high number).
Only adjust the grind setting while the appliance is grinding. After adjustment, the appliance takes

a few seconds before grinding on the selected level. The first small amount of ground coffee will still
be ground according to the previous setting.

We recommend cleaning the appliance once a week. To clean the appliance:
