INSTRUCTIONS FOR 1K60 AND 1K66
I. UTILISATION
The adapters 1K60 and 1K66 are designed exclusively for lower limb prosthesis. They are appropriate for patients weighing (carried load included) less than
125 kg.
II. CONNECTIONS
The 1K60 and 1K66 adapters can be connected through their pyramid 2 to any prosthetic component « male pyramid »
for 1K66 or « female pyramid » for 1K60 ; Through their plate 1 they should be connected to the following components
only :

the 1K61 and 1K62 connectors for sport blade (see assembling instructions §III and rotation adjustement §V).

the 1K90 junction cup, using the 1K58 kit (not included) (see assembling instructions §IV and rotation
adjustement §V).

the 1P650 Easy Ride sport knee (see rotation adjustement §V).
III. HOW TO ASSEMBLE 1K61 AND 1K62
To assemble the 1K60 and 1K66 adapters to the 1K61 and 1K62 components, follow the order of the
components indicated on the opposite diagramm (W = screws that come with the 1K61 and 1K62 com-
ponents). Tighten screws W up to the tightening torque given in the instruction sheet for 1K61 and 1K62
components.
IV. HOW TO ASSEMBLE 1K90
The 1K58 wedging kit (to be ordered separately) must be used to assemble the 1K60 and 1K66 to the
1K90 component : the 16 mm long countersunk screws (V) included in this kit must necessarily be
used. During assembling, follow the order of the components indicated on the opposite diagramm
(X = wedge included in the 1K58 kit and V = screws included in the 1K58 kit). Tightening torque for the
screws : 6 Nm.
V. ROTATION ADJUSTMENT

Remarks :The above diagrams show the rotation adjustments for 1K60. The rotation adjustments for 1K66 and 1P650 knee are made in the same way.
V. RECYCLING
The 1K60 and 1K66 adaptors include parts in titanium that should be recycled in compliance with the law in force.
