Note:
• To prevent a different oil from entering the pipe, please use the special tool prescribed for R410A,
especially for gauge manifold and charging hose.
• Mark the refrigerant type in a different colour on the tank. R410A is pink.
• Do not use the charging cylinder, because R410A will change when transferring to the cylinder.
• When charging refrigerant, it should be taken out from the tank in a liquid state.
• Mark the counted refrigerant volume due to the distributing pipe length on the label.
GWP: 2088
The product contains fluorinated greenhouse gases and its functioning relies on such gases.
Heat insulation
• The gas and liquid pipes should be heat insulated separately.
• The material for gas pipe should endure high temperatures
over 120
c .
o
• The material for liquid pipe should endure over 70
• The thickness should be over 10mm, when ambient temp. is
30
c, and when the relative humidity is over 80%, the thickness
o
Connection wire should be over 20mm.
• The material should cling to the pipe without leaving a gap and
should then be wrapped with adhesive tape. The connection
wire cannot be put together with the heat insulation material
and should over 20cm Adhesive tape be placed at least 20cm
away.
Fix the refrigerant pipe
• During operation, the pipe will vibrate and expand or shrink. If not fixed, the refrigerant will focus on one
part and damage the pipe.
• To prevent central stress, fix the pipe every 2-3m.
