Caution
A Do not install hood deflector when temperature is below 60°F.
B Do not use abrasive, or solvent-based cleaners.
Installation Instructions
1. Read instructions thoroughly before commencing fitment.
Wash and dry the vehicle. (Figure 1)

2. Trial fit the hood deflector onto the hood, centralizing the
cut-out around the chrome appliqué. Note the areas on the
hood where the adhesive tape will stick. Note and mark the
hood lip under the outer metal clip holes in hood deflector.

3. Using an alcohol wipe provided, clean the noted areas where
the tape will stick to hood. Also clean the marked outer
metal clip locations, ensuring the locating marks are not
removed. Allow to air dry. (Figure 3)

4. At the previously marked outer metal clip locations adhere
the abrasive resistant tape on hood so that half the tape is
adhered to the top side and half to the underside of the
hood. Install the metal clips onto hood by pressing firmly.
NOTE: Ensure metal clips are over the abrasive resistant tape
and do not come into contact with the hood's paintwork as
permanent paint damage may occur. (Figure 4)

5. Peel liner at center of hood deflector. To reduce the risk of
tape contamination due to improper positioning, peel only
10cm of liner toward ends of double sided tape. (Figure 5)
