Pre-bend tabs and attach to edge of structure. (For covers WITHOUT license plate opening.)
Attach plastic clips behind

up cover to determine which
screw to remove. Insert screw 1/2
way into plug.
Pre-bend the tab and attach
to edge of structure.

Wrap cover around the vehicle and
attach "S" hooks to the elastic loops
underneath the vehicle.
