Brief introduction
Thank you for purchasing our professional equipment.
Before you start operating it, you should read and understand this Certificate and keep it
during the whole service life. Please, keep in mind that following all the instructions below,
you will extend the service life of your equipment as well as reduce the risk of injuries to
operating personnel.
1. Preparation Note
Before first start:
-
make sure the cabinet is installed on a flat level surface;
-
make sure that all the electrical connections are made in accordance with the applicable
safety standards;
-
make sure the equipment is effectively grounded;
-
disconnect the equipment from the power supply whenever you are going to clean it;
-
make sure that the equipment ventilation openings are not blocked;
-
when installing, the minimum distance from the walls to the cabinet shall exceed 6 cm;
-
do not store explosive substances in the cabinet such as containers with flammable
propellant aerosols;
-
adjust the temperature regulator per the number of products to be cooled;
-
the equipment is not intended for outdoor use;
-
protect equipment from direct sunlight and water.
2. Settings and startup
a) Temperature setup: the required storage temperature can be adjusted by the thermostat
knob. The thermostat shall be adjusted with regard to the ambient temperature, type and
quantity of products to be stored. Do not change the thermostat settings too often.
b) first startup: connect the power and wait. If the required temperature is reached for half an
hour, it means that the equipment is working properly. The compressor should work for a
long time – 6 hours in the summer, 4 hours in the winter – before the products can be put
in the cabinet.
3. Safety
a) when connecting, use only a 13A fuse;
b) use a voltage regulator if mains voltage fluctuates above the 187-242V limits;
c) connection of the power supply plug must be reliable. Use only the designated lines for
grounding. It is forbidden to connect the ground to gas, water pipes, etc.;
d) if the power is turned off, wait at least for 5 minutes before turning on the equipment
again, otherwise the compressor may fail;
e) do not put aggressive chemical, flammable, explosive or volatile and hazardous
substances into the cabinet, as well as liquids in fragile containers, such as glass
containers;
f) if the power cable is damaged, it shall only be replaced by a qualified technician.
4. Tips for freezing and using
a) do not put too many products in the cabinet;
b) leave space between products for proper air circulation;
c) never use aggressive cleaning agents, hot water or powders to clean the сabinet;
d) it is forbidden to clean the equipment with compressed water and use stiff brushes;
e) do not use steel or sharp tools when defrosting the cabinet;
f) do not use additional heaters to defrost the cabinet;
g) the green LED lights up when the power is connected and the cabinet is working
