General comments
Before beginning any maintenance and cleaning work on the machine, unplug the machine
electric cable from the electrical power outlet to fully isolate the machine.
- At the end of each working day, perform total cleaning of
the machine and thoroughly clean all parts of the machine
(which are completely removable) that are directly or indi-
rectly in contact with the processed food product.
- Clean the machine both inside and outside, as remaining
dirt can cause serious damage.
- Water-based cleaning products and pressure-washing de-
vices shall not be used to clean the machine; brushes or
any other objects or materials that may damage the sur-
face of the machine shall not be used either. Acids, corro-
sive agents, and/or flammable substances shall not be
used.
- If the machine is equipped with a stand with a filter
screen, regularly remove dirt from the tray to avoid water
spillage.
6. MAINTENANCE
6.1 General information
Before beginning any maintenance works on the machine,

the rest of the system.
6.2 Belt
No belt adjustment is required. Usually, after 3–4 years of operation, the belt should be re-
placed by a qualified specialist.
6.3 Legs
As time passes, the legs become worn and deteriorated, which negatively affects the stability
of the machine. The legs must, therefore, be replaced.
6.4 Electric cable
Periodically check the condition of the electrical cable.
