Finish with the LONG axle

Place small cap nut (part N)
into small cap nut tool.
Insert the medium axle (part K) into the cap nut (part N).
Hammer the medium, 1/4" diameter axle (part K) into the cap
nut (part N). Repeat for remaining 2 medium axles (part K).

Place axle cap (part O)
into tool.
