Problem
Unit does not dispense
hot and cold water.
Unit does not dispense
cold water.
Unit does not dispense
hot water.
Unit is noisy
during operation.
Water leaks from
the faucet.
Water is dripping out
of the water cooler and
onto the floor.
The water being
dispensed has a
strange taste.

Possible Cause
Unit is unplugged.
Main power supply is off.
Water dispenser is damaged.
Door is opened.
The water bottle cap is not attached
properly to the connector on the
water cooler.
Too much cold water consumed in a
short period of time.
System has malfunctioned.
The ventilation around the
unit is insufficient.
Too much hot water has been consumed
in short period of time.
System has malfunctioned.
The appliance is not level.
Unit is touching other objects.
The buttons are stuck down.
The faucet has been damaged.
The hose connector is not connected
properly or the inside hot or cold water
tank is leaking.
The drain cap on the back is not
fastened properly.
This is not uncommon with
new water coolers.

Remedy
Plug the power cord into an outlet.
Re-establish main power supply.
Replace the dispenser or send
for service.
Close door and allow time for pump to
fill the reservoirs.
Connect properly.
Wait 15 minutes for the water to cool.
Contact dealer.
Space the unit from the wall by more
than 6" (15 cm).
Wait 15 minutes for the
water to heat.
Contact dealer.
Place the unit on a level, flat surface.
Move the unit away from other objects.
Check for foreign objects in the
button area.
Call the customer service telephone
number to seek repair.
Connect the hose connector correctly.
Tighten the drain cap. If the sealing
silicone material inside the drain cap is
torn or damaged, replace with a
new one.
Clean the siphon tube in the dishwasher
(top rack only) or let it soak in dish soap.
The taste usually goes away after the first
bottle has been used.
Dispense one or two gallons from
the unit to rinse.
