1. INSTALLATION
Fasten the enclosure to the support with two suitable
screws through the slots, or mount it on a DIN rail.
When wiring up, insert suitable cable glands into the
pre-cut holes to ensure the IP protection rating.
When finished, install the cover and secure it using the
two screws provided.
2. OPERATION
The XR4 can memorise up to 248 radio codes, divided be-
tween channels1 and 2, and up to 248 radio codes divided
between channels 3 and 4. When a channel is activated
by the radio control, the relative relay output is activated:
- CH1 = NO contact, pulse activation
- CH2 = NO contact, pulse or bistable activation
selectable via DIP switch (SW6)

In the bistable setting, contact CH2 switches state
and remains switched until it is activated again by the
radio control.
- CH3 = NO contact, pulse activation
- CH4 = NO contact, timed activation with adjust-
able time
Radio codes of the protocols provided can coexist on
the same channel.
LED DL5 lights up when the receiver is powered.
3. PROGRAMMING
Buttons SW1, SW2, SW3 and SW4 memorise the radio
controls for channel 1 (CH1), channel 2 (CH2), channel
3 (CH3) and channel 4 (CH4) respectively.
Carry out the memorisation procedure holding the radio
control at least half a metre from the receiver.
■ SETTING THE ACTIVATION TIME FOR CH4
1. Define the timebase (SW6):

2. Press button SW5 as many times as necessary to set
the required time. Each press of the button corre-
sponds to an increment of 1 or 30 seconds (defined
by the timebase) and LED DL6 lights up briefly.
3. To finish, wait 5 seconds without pressing any
button until the LED DL6 lights up for 3 seconds
and then turns off.
4. Repeat the entire procedure to modify the activa-
tion time.
■ MEMORISING THE FIRST SLH RADIO CONTROL
1. Press the button of the receiver that corresponds
to the channel that you wish to associate with
the radio control until the relative LED starts to
flash slowly (DL1->channel 1, DL2->channel 2,
DL3->channel 3, DL4->channel 4). When the
button is released, the LED continues to flash for 20
seconds, during which the following steps 2 and 3
should be carried out.
2. On the SLH radio control: press buttons P1 + P2
simultaneously, then release them, the LED flashes.
3. Press and release the button of the radio control to
be memorised within 8 seconds. Make sure that
the flashing LED of the receiver becomes steady 2
seconds before it switches off.
4. Press the button of the radio control that has just
been memorised twice in succession. The output
associated with the channel activates.
