DETAILED SAFETY REGULATIONS
SAFETY OF POLISHER OPERATION
Before connecting the polisher to a power network always ensure the
supply voltage matches the voltage on the rating plate of the tool.
Do not use the polisher when power cords are damaged or worn out.
Connect the polisher only to electrical system equipped with
residual current circuit breaker that will cut the power off when
earth leakage current exceeds 30 mA in less than 30 ms.
Use the polisher in dry environment only.
The polisher is not designed for wet operation.
Backing pad must rest on the polished surface prior to switching
on the polisher.
The polisher should be switched off when carried or transported.
Do not carry the polisher when holding by its power cord.
Ensure the switch is in the OFF position before plugging the polisher
to a power network.
Keep the power cord away from moving parts of the polisher at all
times.
When operating the polisher do not apply excessive pressure that
might stop the tool.
During operation hold the polisher firmly with both hands.
Do not touch moving parts of the polisher.
After switching off, do not put away the polisher until all moving
parts stop.
Always disconnect the polisher from power supply network before
polishing pad replacement and before any maintenance or repair.
Clean the ventilation holes in the polisher body with stream of
compressed air on a regular basis. Excessive deposition of dust
inside the motor casing may cause electrical faults.
CAUTION! This device is designed to operate indoors.
The design is assumed to be safe, protection measures and
additional safety systems are used, nevertheless there is always
