WARRANTY INFORMATION


One year, if invoices to a company or VAT subject

Two years, if fiscally described as sold to a private subject.
• This warranty refers to cases of DEFECT OF CONFORMITY , referring to the characteristics of the product.

Limitations of Warranty: the above warranty is not worthy in case of:

Lack of purchase proof (invoice or fiscal receipt)

tampering, damage and forcing for any reason of hardware parts and display

Other defects caused by: improper use, not- authorized modifications to hardware/software; operations or storage outside the
technical specifications of the product; improper maintenance, defects due to the use of a software different from the one
included in the package and of all those elements (hardware and software) not designed to be used with the product.

Damages due to the use, accidents or normal use are not covered by this or other warranties

Nilox is not responsible for any accidental damage or damages due to the use of this product or its accessories.
The above information refers to the legislative decree of February 2 2002 in implementation of 1999/44/EC Directive
BRIEF DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the 2011/65/CE Directive and 1999/5/EC Directive of the European
Parliament and the European Commission, referring to radio equipment and telecommunications and their mutual recognition.
The declaration of conformity is available at our office and on-line to the following link:

This equipment may be used in all countries of the European Economic Community, and in all countries applying 1999/5/EC
Directive, without restriction except for:
