PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This device is a direct current (DC) inverter generator suitable for MIG / MAG /
MOG welding, MMA and TIG LIFT Automatic. Thanks to the inverter technology
that allows high performance while maintaining reduced dimensions and weight, the
welder is portable and easy to handle. Through the front panel it is possible to
adjust the welding parameters and in the MIG function the adjustment is made in a
synergic way. The welding machine has a protection circuit against overvoltage,
overcurrent and overheating. When the voltage, output current and temperature of
the machine exceeds the standard, the welding machine will automatically stop
working.
INSTALLATION
Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel in compliance with IEC
60974-9 and national and local regulations. The machine must be lifted by means
of the handle positioned on the top of the product. This operation must be carried
out with the machine switched off and with the welding cables disconnected. The
supply voltage must correspond to the voltage indicated on the rating plate of the
technical data positioned on the product. Use the machine on a system whose
power and protection characteristics (fuse and / or differential) are compatible with
the current required for operation, for further details see the data shown on the
plate affixed to the machine. The welding machine is equipped with a supply
voltage compensation device that allows the machine to operate normally even
when the supply voltage fluctuates by ± 15% with respect to the rated voltage.
Excessive operation in the event of overvoltage, overcurrent or overheating can
damage the machine.
HOW USE IT
Warning: Use all precautions required in the safety general manual before operating
the welder, reading carefully the risks linked to the welding process.

ENGLISH
Installation procedures:
MIG / MAG installation: (FIG A-2):
1.
Turn off the welding machine.
2. Connect the gas bottle (A).
3.
Connect the dinse connector of the earth clamp (B) to the negative "-" and
the gas / no gas cable (C) to the positive "+" positive socket.
4.
Open the side panel and insert the wire into the machine compartment,
then insert the coil into the reel holder and tighten.
5.
Insert the wire in the trolling-wire making it adhere to the groove of the roller
(ATTENTION: the roller has two grooves: by turning the roller you can
choose the appropriate groove according to the diameter of the wire to be
used). When the diameter of the wire is changed it is necessary to change
both the roller and the contact tip (the end part of the torch from which the
thread is seen to come out).
6.
Unscrew the end of the torch (nozzle) and the contact tip to facilitate the
passage of the wire.
7.
Close the door. Turn on the welding machine.
8.
Press the (P5A) [MMA/TIG LIFT/MIG] key until the MIG LED (P6A) lights up.
9.
Press the wire load button on the panel (P4) until the wire comes out of the
gun.
Press button (P5B) to select the mode welding [2T / 4T].
10.
2T means a two-stage control: the welder starts to weld when the torch
button is pressed, stopping when the button is released. 4T means a 4
phase control: the welder starts welding when the torch button is pressed;
release the button to continue welding; to stop welding, press and release
the button again.
11. Adjust the welding voltage using the knob (P2), the wire speed using the
knob (P1) and the inductance using the knob (P3)

MIG ALUMINUM: (Models expected of Euro connector)
For MIG welding with aluminum wire it is necessary to prepare the machine with
the appropriate ALUMINUM WELDING KIT composed of teflon sheath, drill bit,
roller. Proceed now as presented in the "MIG" paragraph. In this case use pure
argon.
