MOG INSTALLATION (NO GAS) (FIG A-3):
1.
Switch off the welding machine.
2.
Connect the gas / nogas cable (C) to the negative "-" negative socket and
the earth clamp connector (B) to the positive "+" positive
3.
socket. Perform steps 5-11 as per MIG / MAG installation.
INSTALLATION MMA (FIG A-4):
1.
Turn off the welding machine
2.
Connect the dinse connector of the earth clamp (B) to the negative "-" dinse
socket and the dinse connector of the electrode holder (I) to the positive "+"
socket on the welding machine. Insert the electrode into the electrode
holder (I); the diameter and type must be chosen according to the welding
current and to the thickness and type of piece to be welded.
3.
Turn on the welding machine.
4.
Press the (P5A) [MMA/TIG LIFT/MIG] key until the MMA (P6A) lights up.
Turn the right knob (P1) to set the welding current.
5. To use the various types of electrodes follow the polarities indicated on the
package containing the electrodes.
Caution. At this moment a voltage will be present on the welding clamps.
