5.4 Weighing
Place the weight on the scale as centrally as possible. The display shows the weight value.

5.5 Switch Off / Shutting Down Safely

Press the OFF button to turn off the scale.
To save power, the scale has an auto-off function with adjustable switch-off time.

5.6 Setting the switch-off time

Press the MODE button until the display shows „OFF-x" (x-0, 1, 3, 5, 10, 30). Press the MODE button
again to select the time. Example: Desired switch-off time 3 minutes: „OFF-3".
Press the ON/TARE button to confirm.
Note: The default setting for the switch-off time is 3 minutes.
6. Calibration
To perform the calibration you need exactly 2 kg of weight.
With the scale switched off, hold down the MODE button. Then press the ON/TARE button to turn on the
scale.
The scale displays „8888" and the internal code (0-15000). Now release the MODE button.
Press the MODE button again. The display shows „CAL" and then „2000. Now place the 2 kg weight on the
weighing platform. After a few seconds, the scale will display „PASS" and return to the normal weighing
mode.
