1.2 Remove the padding of the left cheek pad from the helmet by pulling the left chin
strap out of the cheek pad slot.
1.3 Repeat these steps with the padding of the right cheek pad.
Note: It is not necessary to remove the polystyrene foam cheek pads with the
locking holes for the snap fasteners of the pads from the helmet shell.

LINER REMOVAL
1.1 Release the flap of the roll neck placed between the EPS cheek pad and the
outer shell (Fig. 9).
1.2 Unhook the rear left fastening flap of the support attached to the inner shell and
pull the comfort padding lightly towards the inside, at the helmet neck-ring area
(Fig. 10).
Then repeat the same steps to remove the central flap as well as the right rear flap.
1.3 Hold the left front part of the liner and pull it upwards in order to remove the liner
flap from the support fixed to the polystyrene inner shell (Fig. 11). Repeat the
same steps to remove the right and central front flap.
1.4 Completely remove the liner from the helmet.

ASSEMBLY
2.1 Insert the liner correctly into the helmet and fit it well against the base.
2.2 Insert the left front flap into the seat on the support fixed to the polystyrene inner
shell and push it slightly downwards until it is completely locked (Fig. 11). Follow
the same steps for the right and central front flap.
2.3 Insert the rear right, central and left flaps of the liner into the relevant support
seats in the helmet neck-ring area. Push the flaps until they are fully hooked onto
the support (Fig. 10).
2.4 Insert the flap of the roll neck between the EPS cheek pad and the outer shell
(Fig. 9).
2.5 Carefully adjust the liner until it adheres well to the shell.
Note: Check the correct assembly of the liner front area by lifting and lowering
the VPS. These movements should be smooth. If this is not the case, repeat the
steps 1.3 and 2.2.

CHEEK PADS FITTING
2.6 Insert the band and the left chin strap into the slot of the left cheek pad.
2.7 Put the left cheek pad against the polystyrene inner cheek pad, fastening the
lower buttons of the cheek pad into the roll-neck eyelet and push the padding
near the 4 snap fasteners on its back in order to fasten them to their seats (Fig.
8A and 8B).
2.8 Repeat these steps with the padding of the right cheek pad.
