How to assemble the Afinox PECTUS ham holder with
it's own 360º rotatory system
Step 1
w Place the semisphere (1) on top of the rotatory piece (2).
w Both levers "S" and "G" must be held firmly in their position for
optimum performance.
Step 2
w Place the ham holder main body (3) over of the semisphere (1).
w Place the lid (4) above the visible screw.
w Place the screw cup (5) above the lid (4).
w Hold down the lever "S" while you screw and strongly tighten
the screw cup in place.
w
Maintain the lever "S" in downwards position to be able to slide
up and down the main body of the ham holder, to arrive at the
final angle for your preferred ham slicing.
Step 3
w
Once you have choosen the angle, fix it in place by pulling up
the lever "S". Now you can place the ham in the ham holder.
Step 4 for the horizontal rotatory options
w Push down lever "G" to free the rotatory system. Swivel the
ham holder in the direction you wish.
w
To fix the chosen position of the ham holder pull up lever "G".
Utilización del sistema giratorio 360º
wBajar la palanca "G" liberando la acción
del sistema rotatorio (1).
wGirar el jamonero de izquierda a
derecha o viceversa hasta colocarlo en la
posición deseada.
wSubir la palanca "G" para fijar la posición
elegida (2).
