Setting the DIP switch

You can adjust the device using the DIP switch. S1 and S2 set various charg-
ing graphs. S3 activates or deactivates the temperature compensation of the
charging voltage.
S4 regulates the fan function. If S4 is at "On", the fan remains switched off
and the output of the device is controlled depending on the housing temper-
ature. If the device reaches the temperature limit, the current drops to approx.
80%.
➤ Set the DIP switch according to your requirements and the following table.

Connecting the fault display relay
If an alarm occurs, the (common) alarm contact switches to the normally
open contact.
➤ Connect the relay to the fault display on the alarm contact according to
the following table (fig. 1 7, page 3).
