Radio-switch-set IP44
Thank you for buying the REV product.
Please read this instruction manual carefully before use and check the product for
eventual damage. Please pay attention that it gets in the reach of children or
unauthorised persons. After the end of it's live span this product has to be
properly recycled. Electronic components and batteries have to be collected with
special waste.
Function
Your telecontrols set consist of a transmitter and a radio receiver. With this
product you can switch electrical and electronical devices (lamps, christmas
illumination, etc...) of a capacity of up to 2300 Watts within a range of up to 30 m
(free space). You can switch these devices on and off from any location through
furnitures and walls. The range inside buildings is limited according to the
buildings specific constuction features.
Installation
Before you can use your Radio-switch-set system you have to do the following:
Remote control:
Insert the battery (kindly check the chapter batteries and picture 2)
Receiver:
Plug the remote controlled socket into the safety socket (picture 1)
Plug in the device which should be remote controlled into the radio socket
(picture 1)
Switch on the device which you want to be remote controlled (picture 1)

Battery
For the remote control a 12 V battery is used. This battery is included in the remote
control packaging. When you want to replace the batteries, please use for example
Philips 8LR932, Duracell 21-13, Varta V 23 GA or comparable types.
Remove the cover on the back side of the remote control (picture 2) and insert the
battery. Please pay attention to the symbols indicating the batteries positioning.
Attention! Please replace the battery when the range of the remote control is
considerable reduced. Remove the battery from the device, when it is out of use.
We recommend to replace the batteries once a year. Kindly bring your used battery
to a dealer who collects used battery and who can recycle them properly.

Settings
If several radio-switch-sets or other wireless remote controls are used at the
same place (also home of the neighbors), you have to use devices with different
channels to avoid a mutual dysfunction.The channel of the radio-switch-set is
fixed. Available are devices with 4 different channels (A, B, C, D).
Operating
Switch on: Press right button "ON"
Switch off: Press right button "OFF"
While you press the button the red diode in the remote control is turned on and
indicates the transmission of your radio signal.
In case your system does not work properly, you should test the following points:
Error search:
The transmitter diode does
not turn on when the button
is pressed.
The transmitter control
• Is the receiver turned on?

• Is the receiver within range? Test it by aproaching.
there is not reaction at the
device to be switched
• Check if there is another radio control device
