1.- Take out the roll and roll it out to the required size. Remember that you can't use bags longer
than 40 cm.
2.- Place it over the cutting rail and, with the help of the blade, cut the bag to the desired size as
shown in Figure 2.
3.- Once you have cut the bag, you need to seal one end of it. In order to do so, open the lid and
place the bag over the sealing bar, as indicated in point No. 3 of the VACUUM + SEALING
process.
4.- Press the "Manual Seal" (J) button; when the display reaches "0" the seal will be complete.
5.- Open the lid and use the bag as if it were a normal bag.
MARINATING PROCESS
1.- Place the food in a bowl with the mixture you want to marinate it in.
2.- Place the bowl inside the chamber as shown in Figure 3. Its height should not exceed 80 mm.
For more information, check the specific measurements of the chamber in the "SPECIFICATION"
section.
3.- For best results, repeat the "Vacuum & Sealing" process 3 times with the following time
settings:
Vacuum time: 99 seconds.
Sealing time: 0 seconds.
4.- After 3 cycles, the marinade will be ready.
