CONGRATULATIONS
to the purchase of your new professional induction heater. This heater is included in a series of
professional induction heaters from Alesco International AB and represents the latest
technology in induction heating.
UNPACKING
Check the machine and hose package, cabling, transformer and inductor for visible damages. If
anything is missing or damaged contact your dealer or Alesco International AB directly.
INITIAL START UP
Important! Always read through the safety instructions and follow them carefully before
starting work with the A80.
Important! It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the equipment has been
installed in accordance with the instructions in this instruction manual. It is the user´s
responsibility to ensure that the induction heater has been inspected in accordance with
applicable regulations before it is used
Important! If the induction heater is used in environments where the temperature is below
freezing, anti-freeze must be used. The recommended anti-freeze is 30% propylene
glycol.
Warning! Do not fill the reservoir with anything other than water, with anti-freeze if
necessary. Incorrect handling can cause personal injury and/or damage to the
equipment
The A80 can be used without any more preparations than connect the machine to the wall plug,
but if you want to extend the work time, up to 10 minutes, open the cooling water tank lid and use
2,5L distilled water or clean tap water to fill up the cooling water tank.

Lift up the machine circa 45 degrees.
Open the tank lid.
Use a filling funnel and fill up to the edge.
Close the lid and the machine is ready for use.

Alesco 80 is developed for industrial environment. Equipment Class A
Mains voltage 180-245VAC 16A 50/60Hz + PE
At delivery this equipment is ready to connect to the mains voltage.
Read this manual before the equipment connects to the mains voltage!
