Power Supply
• 3 X AAA alkaline ba eries are included, please load the ba eries with correct +/- electrodes. Replace
the ba eries when the low ba ery indicator shows.
Opera ng Instruc ons
• Step 1. Press the pla orm centre and remove your foot.
• Step 2. "0.0" will be displayed

• Step 3. The scale will switch off and now it is ready for use. This ini alisa on process must be
repeated if the scale is moved. At all other mes step straight on the scale.
• Step 4. Gently step on the scale. Put your feet evenly on the scale without moving and wait whilst the
scale compute weight. Your correct weight will then be displayed in the following way: 80.3 Kg.

Automa c switch off
When you step off the scale, it will automa cally switch off . ( If no weigh ng is carried out while the zero
is being displayed, the scale will automa cally switch off a er approximately 6 seconds ).
Overload indicator
When the scale is overloaded ( over 180 Kilos / 396 lb. ) the following will appear on the screen: ERR
