12.- Remove the basket by pressing the closing mechanism button and place the food items on
a tray or dish.
NOTE: To prevent burns, do not tilt the basket in order to place the food items on a dish
if the basket is in the pan.
1.- Before cleaning, make sure that the fryer is unplugged.
2.- Do not use aggressive cleaning products or metallic sponges that may scratch the surfaces
when cleaning. Make sure to dry all of the elements well before reassembling it.
3. - Remove the basket for cleaning.
4.- To remove any remaining grease from the pan, make sure that it is cold, remove the pan
from the base and pour the grease into a container.
5.- Clean the basket with warm water or in a dishwasher.
6 - Clean the upper heating element with a damp cloth The basket must be removed for
cleaning because the heating element is located right above the space occupied by the
basket. The heating element doesn't need to be disassembled for cleaning.
NOTE:
The heating element must be cold for cleaning. Consequently, you have to wait a
while after finishing cooking until the heating element has cooled down
completely.
7. - If the fryer will not be used for a long time, store it in a dry, well ventilated place away from
humidity.
