• Watch children to make certain they do not play with the
appliance.
• People with limited perception and children may only operate this
device under supervision or after appropriate instruction due to
their limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities.
Electrical safety - danger of electric shock
WARNING: Keep the device away from water. Do not use
this device in the vicinity of bath tubs, wash basins or other
containers that hold water!
• If you use the device in the bathroom, the power plug must always
be disconnected after use because the proximity to water can be
dangerous even while the device is switched off.
• For additional protection, the installation of a residual current
device (RCD) having a rated residual operating current not
exceeding 30 mA is advisable in the electrical circuit supplying
the bathroom. Ask your installer for advice.
• Before connecting the appliance, check that the mains voltage
information on the type plate matches the specifi cations of your
power network. You can fi nd the plate specifi cations on the
appliance.
• When using an electrical appliance, always follow these basic
rules:
- Never touch the appliance with wet or damp hands or feet.
- Never use the appliance in bare feet.
- When disconnecting the power plug, always pull on the plug

• Do not spray hair spray while the device is switched on.

• The fan grid and the nozzles heat up in operation, meaning you
could burn yourself if you touch them!
• Grasp the ribbed areas only to remove the styling nozzle.
Danger of material damages
• The air intake may not be obstructed as this could prevent optimal
performance and faultless functioning of the device. Keep the
suction fi lter free from dust and hairs.
• Do not wind the power cable around the device.
• Only employ the original accessories.
