■ Troubleshooting

If you cannot connect the headset to your phone, do as follows:
• Verify that the headset is charged, switched on, paired with, and connected to
your phone.
• Verify that the Bluetooth feature is activated on your phone.
• Verify that the headset is within 10 meters (33 feet) of your phone and that
there are no obstructions between the headset and the phone, such as walls or
other electronic devices.
• If the headset stops functioning even though it has been charged, reset the
headset. Plug the headset into a charger and briefly press the power key and
the middle part of the volume key. This reset does not clear your settings (for
example, pairing settings).
