1. Slide the axle (22) into the handlebar post (29). Slide one shaft washer (11) each left and
right onto the axle. Then slide the swiveling rods (24 (left), 25 (right)) onto the axle (22).
Secure each side with 2 sets of at washers (6), spring washers (5) and Allen head screws (4).
