number) and whose function is " A powered machine appropriate to clear lawns, paths, ways, streets, etc. of
leaves and other material by means of a high velocity air flow or to clean by means of a high velocity air flow
and suitable for collecting leaves and other debris using a suction device consisting of a power source which
produces a vacuum inside the machine and a suction nozzle and a container for the collected material.", comply
