2. The suction is too low.
2. No milk is being expressed:
•Check if the silicone piston, the valve, the massage pad and the connecting tube are correctly attached.
•Advice: Adjust the suction level from low to high gradually depending on your need. The most suitable level is the one,
with which the suction is painless. The following is NOT true: the stronger – the better. If you use too strong suction, this
may harm your breast and cause pain and discomfort. So choose the level your feeling best.
3.Small quantity of expressed milk:
•The rate of breast milk production is different and strictly individual for each woman. It depends on many factors such as
the mammary gland structure, the level of patency of mammary gland, your psychological and physical condition and etc.
Sometimes the small quantity of expressed milk is not due to a problem with the breast milk pump but with your current
physical and psychological health.
•Tip: To stimulate the flow of breast milk, apply a warm compress to your breasts for a few minutes before you start
pumping. Then use the massage function for about 5 minutes and switch to suction. You can also massage your breasts by
hand for a short time.
4.The breast milk doesn't flow and pain in the breast area:
•If you feel pain and no milk flows during expression, maybe your mammary gland is blocked.
•The block of the mammary gland may result in mastitis. Contact a physician promptly.
•The pain after suction may be caused by mastitis. We recommend to express the breast milk on time to mastitis.
5.Pain during suction:
If you experience pain when squeezing, you can relieve it in the following ways:
•Adjust the position of the massage pad so that the nipple to be exactly in the center of the funnel of the breast pump
body. Like this the pad will massage your breast better and will relieve the pain during pumping.
•Use lower level of suction.
•The more regularly you use the breast pump, the faster you will get used to this way of expressing and your breast pain
will gradually decrease.
• Consult your health professional/ breastfeeding advisor.
6.Milk is dropping down the silicone massage pad:
•Remove and refit again the massage pad in order to ensure it is firmly attached to the central part of the funnel.
•Try to lean slightly forward.
7.There is still breast milk that you weren't able to express it?
The mammary gland will continue to secrete milk due to its reticular structure and stimulation by elevated prolactin
levels. It is normal for you not to be able to express all the milk that your gland has produced through the pump.
Therefore, we recommend that you squeeze the remaining amount by hand.
8.Cracking and discoloration of the pump/ feeding bottle parts:
Avoid contact with antibacterial or abrasive detergents/ cleaners as they can damage the plastic. Combination of
detergents, cleaning products, sterilizing solution, softened water and temperature fluctuations can cause plastic to crack.
If this occurs, do not use the breast pump. If you clean the pump body and the breast milk containers in dishwasher, the
food colorings may cause discoloring them. Keep the product out of direct sunlight as prolonged exposure may lead to
discoloration of the plastic.
9.Lost or broken parts:
•For spare parts contact an authorized service center or the shop from which you have purchased the product. Do not use
spare parts, which are not approved or supplied by the manufacturer.
•Do not attempt to repair or to modify the product, because this may endanger Your and Your baby's health.
•In the event of damage, contact the store from which you purchased the product immediately.
