INTRODUCTION
Congratulations on your purchase of this weather station, MeteoClock®
SM840. Please take the time to read and understand this manual so you
can begin to enjoy the convenience and features this product has to offer.
What exactly is a Weather Station?
Lexibook digital stations measure not only the time in progress - thanks to
their built-in clock – but also the actual and upcoming weather!
The MeteoClock® SM840 incorporates different functions:
- Thermometer:
Temperature is displayed in real time to the nearest tenth of a degree
Celsius.
- Barometer:
The station also monitors the atmospheric pressure and, based on its
pattern of evolution, displays a weather forecast as a user-friendly icon:
sun, clouds, rain... That is the weather to expect in the next 12 to 24 hours.

GETTING STARTED
Static label:
Before using this product for the first time, remove the static label from the
LCD screen.
Key description
Battery
compartment
SET: to set the time and calendar.
+/-: during settings, to toggle the digits upwards or downwards. In standby
mode, to set the alarm time. Keep these keys pressed to toggle the digits
at a faster rate.
UNITS: to toggle the units of the indoor temperature and pressure display
between ºC/hPA and ºF/InHg.
RESET: to reset the unit when the data does not seem accurate.
SNZ/ON/OFF/ALM switch: to activate one of the 3 alarm modes.
SNOOZE/LIGHT: to activate the backlight. To trigger the snooze function.
Battery installation
Open the battery compartment located on the underside of the unit.
Insert 4 AAA size batteries according to the polarity (+/- signs) indicated
inside the battery compartment.
Low battery indicator: the following icon
will be displayed on the left of
the temperature display when the unitʼs batteries are low.
