NOTE
• The clock setting is cleared in the event of a power failure.
• Press and hold the "CLOCK/PLAY/PAUSE" button during operation to briefly
display the time.

Listening to the radio

• Select RADIO mode using the "ON/OFF/FUNCTION" button until "rAd" appears on the
display.
• There are two ways to search for and save radio stations.
Automatic search
• Press the "SCAN/MODE" button for about 3 seconds. The unit will search the entire
frequency band for radio stations. All the stations found will be stored from the lowest to
the highest frequency.
IMPORTANT: All previously stored radio stations will be replaced.
Manual search for radio stations
• Briefly press the "NEXT TRACK/FAST FORWARD" or "PREVIOUS TRACK/REWIND"
buttons until you find the desired radio station. If you press and hold either button, the unit
will search for the previous or next radio station, depending on the button.
Programmed stations
Automatic programming
1. Press the "SCAN/MODE" button on the unit for about 2-3 seconds to start the automatic
programming process.
2. The display will show the memory location numbers, and the radio stations will be
automatically programmed to the numbers saved in the memory (Note: For each number
saved in the memory, one station will be programmed during the automatic programming
process). Once all the stations have been automatically programmed,
3. Press the "PROGRAM/FOLDER/STOP" button, the display will show "PrE", and then
press "NEXT TRACK/FAST FORWARD" or "PREVIOUS TRACK/REWIND" to make a
selection from the programmed stations.
Manual programming
1. Use the "Manual search for radio stations" method above to select the radio station you
want.
2. Press the "SCAN/MODE" button. "P01" (memory location) and "PROG" will appear on
the display.
3. Use the "NEXT TRACK/FAST FORWARD" and "PREVIOUS TRACK/REWIND" buttons
to select the location of your choice in the memory (P01 - P30), and then press the
"SCAN/MODE" button to confirm.
4. The desired radio station will be stored in the selected location.
5. Press the "PROGRAM/FOLDER/STOP" button, the display will show "PrE", and then
press "NEXT TRACK/FAST FORWARD" or "PREVIOUS TRACK/REWIND" to make a
selection from the programmed stations.
