Filtering and storing the oil
• Wait for the oil to cool off completely.
• Remove the non-stick bowl and pour the oil gently
into the pan.
• Clean inside the bowl.
• Place a paper filter in the bottom of the basket.
• Place the removable bowl, basket and paper filter
back into the deep fryer (handle in the upper
position).
• Pour the oil carefully back into the filter.
• Throw the paper filter away and clean the basket.
• Store the oil in the deep fryer, or keep it in the fridge
in a separate container (recommended if you do not
use the deep fryer often).
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer or its service agent or a similary
qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
Replacing the anti-odor filter
• When the saturation indicator on the filter has turned
deep red, change the filter :
• Open the filter cover.
• Change the filter.
For the 3-layer mesh filter : replace it every 10 or 15
uses.
For the cartridge filter replace it after 30 or 40 uses.
When inserting the new cartridge, the saturation
indicator must face upwards.
• Put back the cover so that you hear a " click ".

The oil must be filtered regularly.
Scraps that break away from
foods tend to burn and cause the
oil to change more rapidly, as well
as to ignite over time.

Change the oil :
Do not pour used oil into the sink.
Leave it to cool and check with
your local waste disposal
regulations.
Change the oil after a maximum of
8 to 12 uses.
