The chopping board is made from high quality beechen
wood. Because it is a natural product, there may be
differences in colour and other irregularities and, in the
course of time, its size and colour may change. This doesn't
indicate a fault.
Follow the instructions for optimal cleaning and care:
– Clean the chopping board after each use with warm water
and a dishcloth or sponge. If necessary, you can also use
a little dishwashing liquid.
– Wipe down the chopping board with a tea towel and leave
it to dry in a vertical position.
– Store the chopping board in a dry and aerated place.
– As a care measure, you can apply some cooking oil to the
dry chopping board.
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents.
Do not wash the chopping board in the dishwasher.
Do not soak the board.
Each container has the Gastro-Norm (GN) size GN 1/2. They
are made from stainless steel and are acid and
heat-resistant. They can be used in steam ovens, steam
combi ovens and fan-forced ovens.
Rinse and dry the cooking containers after each use. They
are all dishwasher-safe.
Blue discolourations can be removed with vinegar or the
Miele ceramic and stainless steel cooktop cleaner.
Rinse the containers thoroughly with clean water to remove
any residual cleaning agent.
