Burners with two rings flame
This special burner has two separate flame rings to
provide a real full heat regulation from high power to
simmering.
To set :
1. Push and turn counter clockwise the knob between
HI-LO main flame ,when the burner is turned on,
the main flame and the Simmer flame will always
light and stay on.
2. Setting heat level main flame from HI-LO power.
Simmer setting
Turn counter clockwise the knob on HI-LO simmering
position, the simmer flame setting will use only the
centre flame
Turn off the burner
Turn the knob clock wise as far as it will go to the off
position.

Burners with three rings flame (triple crowns)
The advantage of this burner is the real flame power
control, the tree rings flame allow a better heat
distribution. Its controllability (big ring or small ring)
allow the possibility to cook with different diameter of
pot and pan.
To set :
1. Push the control knob down and turn counter
clockwise to the HI power inner flame ring. When
the flame is light you can regulate the low position
of centre flame (simmering).
2. Starting from this position you can select the high
power regulation (main flame). Push and turn
counter clockwise the knob on HI power main
flame and turn again to go on main flame low
position.
3. When the burner is setting on main flame, the
inner flame ring will always light.
Turn off the burner
Turn the knob clock wise as far as it will go to the off
position.
