3-3. GENERIS G950 5.80m platform assembly

1. Assemble the G950 5.80m by carefully repeating steps §3-1 to §3-1-6 but without pre-mounting
the 0.60m extension on to the 1.50m extension.
2. From the ground, remove the 2 temporary guard rails from rung no. 5, and then mount them
definitively on rung no. 7 by following §3-1-7.
3. Remove the temporary platform from rung no. 2, and then mount it definitively on rung no. 4
by following §3-1-9.
4. Mount the 1
5. Mount the four S2 stabilisers by following §3-5-1, and then fasten them above rungs no. 1 and
no. 8 using the 2 clamps.
6. Check the positioning of the 4 stabilisers by following §3-8.
7. Mount the 2 temporary guard rails on rung no. 10.
8. Assemble the two extensions (without the 0.60m extension) by following §3-1-6.
9. Remove the two temporary guard rails, and then mount them definitively on rung n°14 by
following § 3-1-7.

12. Assemble the two extensions (with the 0.60m extension) by following §3-1-6.
13. Assemble the 5
14. Mount the 7
15. Mount the 3
16. Mount the access cradle by following §3-1-12.
17. Check position of components by following §2-5-3.
18. For heights below the 5.80m platform, lower the guard rails and platforms according to the
required height. If necessary, remove the 1
19. Note that the distance between rungs = 300mm
