Intended Use
The glue gun is intended for the quick gluing of
clean, dry and grease-free materials with glue
heated to its melting point.

possible only when the operating

completely and the instructions
contained therein are strictly fol-
lowed.
If the mains cable is damaged or separated dur-
ing work, do not touch the cable, but pull the
mains plug immediately. Never operate the unit
with the mains cable damaged.
Always guide the cable toward the rear away from
the unit.
Before each use of the unit, check the cable and
plug. If damage is detected, do not use the unit.
Have repairs performed only by a qualified tech-
nician. Never open the unit yourself.

Danger of burning! The glue and the nozzle tip
are 200 °C hot. Do not allow glue to come into
contact with persons or animals. If glue comes in

Starting Operation
Observe correct mains voltage: The voltage of the
power source must agree with the voltage specified
on the nameplate of the unit. Equipment marked
with 230 V can also be connected to 220 V.
Continuous Operation
The hot glue gun can be operated continuously with
the mains plug inserted. The mains indicator 4 must
light up. During pauses in working, place the unit
down on the folded out wire stand.
Cordless Operation
In conjunction with the charging station 3 (acces-
sory), cordless working is possible. If the emerging
glue becomes viscous, the hot glue gun is to be re-
heated in the charging station.
Operating Instructions
Glue Temperature
The temperature of the surroundings and the work-
piece must be between 5 and 50 °C. Materials that
quickly cool the glue, e. g., metals, should be pre-
heated with a hot air gun.
Gluing
Rough up smooth surfaces before gluing. The gluing
spots must be dry and free of dust or grease.
Do not use combustible solvents for cleaning.
– Heat up the unit for approx. 4 minutes.
– Insert a glue stick.
– Press the feed button 2.
– Apply glue as required.
For the gluing of flexible materials (e. g. textiles), ap-
ply the glue in beads.
