PROBLEM
The engine experiences
difficulty starting up, does
not start up, or does not
produce sufficient power.
The pump is either not
pumping water or there
is not enough pressure
when running.

TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBABLE CAUSE
Fuel is insufficient
On/Off switch is not turned on.
Choke is not closed.
Too much carbon deposit in spark plug
Gap of spark plug is not correct.
Spark plug is damaged.
Use engine oil of poor quality or
engine oil deteriorates.
Overload or overheats.
Engine oil is insufficient.
There is blockage in the filter.
There is inadequate priming in the pump.
Blockage, drop-out, leakage of water pipe,
or too long or insufficient diameter of the
pipe
Water suction does not sink into water
Water suction pipe joint leaks.
The installation height of the water is
too high.

RESOLUTION
Refill recommended fuel
On/Off switch is turned to "On"
Close Choke.
Eliminate carbon deposit
Adjust gap of spark plug to specified
range.
Replace spark plug.
Replace engine oil
Check operating status.
Add appropriate volume of engine oil.
Remove the blockage.
Unscrew water filling plug and fill with
clean water.
Check the water pipe.
Adjust the position of the water
suction, so that it is completely
submerged in water.
Check water pipe joint.
Decrease the installation height of the
water pump.
