Starting the appliance
4. Setting the temperature
- To steam-iron, always set the iron tem-
perature control on steam position, in the
sector between «
this sector it is possible to steam-iron any
fabric.
Tip:
- The ironing symbols on the garment labels
refers to the dry ironing only and shall not
be observed when steam ironing. In case
of very delicate fabrics it is recommended
to place a piece of cloth on the garment.
Tip:
- The appliance may give out some smoke
when using it for the first time. It is a tech-
nical phenomenon that will cease after a
short while.

5. Dry ironing
Getting the appliance ready:
- Put the iron on the silicone iron-rest mat
- Divide the garments to iron according to
the ironing temperature indicated in the
label. It is recommended to start ironing
the articles that require the lowest tem-
perature.
Turning the appliance on
- Put the iron on the silicone iron-rest mat
- Insert the plug into the mains socket
- set the steam control to the required posi-
tion:
• = synthetic fibres (low temperature)
•• = silk/wool (medium temperature)
••• = cotton/linen (high temperature)
Dry ironing
- Do not press the steam button.
Position of the iron
- During working breaks put the iron on the
silicone iron-rest mat
After dry ironing
- Turn off the appliance (on/off switch)
- Let the appliance completely cool down
- Store the appliance in a dry place away
from the reach of children.
Important: Store the appliance only when it
has completely cooled down.
