5 Hexagon nut fixed to valve core.

Installation

There are two installation methods:
4.1 Connection to the CO hose (4 / 6 mm)

· Cut the CO hose close to the pressure regulator.

· Attach the cut hose ends to the hose screw connections (3, 4) of the solenoid valve. Note the flow direction of the valve (arrow on valve body (1)).
· First plug the power supply unit of the solenoid valve into a socket that is controlled by a time switch (not included), e.g. for the aquarium lighting.
Connect the 12 V cable of the power supply unit to the cable of the solenoid valve.
4.2 Direct connection to a pressure regulator (e. g. JBL PROFLORA CO

· Completely disconnect the hose connection on the inlet side of the solenoid valve (3).
· Also disconnect the hose connection on the pressure regulator.
· Holding the valve by the valve body (1), turn the valve core with its external thread (10) into the internal thread of the pressure regulator. In doing
so, turn the valve core by its fixed hexagonal nut (5).
· The firmly integrated O-ring (6) at the valve core automatically seals between the valve and the pressure regulator.
· Position the valve as required.
· Connect the CO hose of your CO system to the hose screw connection at the outlet (4).

· First plug the power supply unit of the solenoid valve into a socket that is controlled by a time switch (not included), e.g. for the aquarium lighting.
Connect the 12 V cable of the power supply unit to the cable of the solenoid valve.

Wear parts, such as seal rings, are excluded from the guarantee.
The guarantee includes the repair at our discretion by replacement (free delivery of a comparable product) or its overhaul in accordance with the
technical requirements.
The remaining period of the original guarantee period applies for the part to be overhauled or replaced under this guarantee.
The guarantee does not include the compensation of direct or indirect consequential damages.
The guarantee only applies on sales to customers within the European Union.
The guarantee is void, if the product was not correctly installed, maintained or cleaned, intentionally damaged or modified in any way not according
to the intended purpose by the customer or third parties.
