Disconnect and remove the plug from the
outlet when not in use, before assembling or
disassembling parts and before cleaning. Remove the
appliance from the outlet by holding the plug, not the
cord.

One of the common causes of overheating are
dust deposits and fluff entering the heater. Be sure to
remove the deposits by regularly unplugging, cooling
and cleaning the heater as described in the Cleaning
and Maintenance section.

Ensure that you have not plugged any
other high power appliances on the same circuit
with the heater because it may overload.

Avoid using an extension because it
may cause overheating and a fire hazard.
•
Do not use this device in series with a
thermal actuation device, a programmer, a timing
switch or any device that automatically sets the unit
into operation, since there is risk of fire if the
appliance is accidentally covered or displaced.
