Scanning image data via the
touch screen on the unit
Starting the imaging plate scanner
No PC connection is needed for scanning the
image data via the touch screen. The image data
is stored locally on the memory card. In order to
transfer the image data to the imaging software,
the unit must be connected to a computer.
There are two options for scanning via the touch
screen:
Scan:
Before scanning the image data, the
patient data and exposure settings of
the image are acquired and then saved
with the image data.
If no patient data and exposure set-
tings of the image are entered, the
image is saved to a folder with date
and time.
Quick scan:
The image data is saved to a folder
with the date and time and no addi-
tional information.
Use Help on the touch screen for further
information on operating the unit via the
touch screen.
Prerequisites:
ü Memory card (SDHC, max. 32 GB) is inserted
in the slot of the unit.
Press
to switch the unit on.

Start scanning:
On the touch screen, tap on Scan.

Enter the patient data.

Select the image settings and scanning

Insert the imaging plate only once the
bar above the animation is green.

Start quick scan:
On the touch screen, tap on Quick scan.
