GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS

wear loose clothing that could become caught in the machine.
Remove all jewellery. Tie long hair back so that it does not get in the
way when exercising.
ADJUSTMENTS
WARNING: you must get off the bicycle to make any adjustments (seat, handlebars).
SEAT
In a sitting position with your back well-supported by the back rest, your knees must be slightly bent when the pedals are at their furthest point.
You must get off the bike before adjusting the seat position.
1- Unscrew the adjusting knob.
2- Pull the knob out and adjust your seat to the desired position.
3- Let go of the knob and check that it is fixed into one of the holes provided for this purpose.
4 -Tighten it completely.
PEDAL STRAPS
Undo the attachment under the pedal, adjust the strap and re-tighten the attachment.
LEVELLING THE BICYCLE
In the event that the bicycle becomes unstable during use, turn one or both of the plastic ends on the rear support leg until the bicycle is stable.
