5. Guide the AC power controller (AST) assembly into
the inverter enclosure using the 4 spacers. Ensure
that the positioning nose is guided through the AST.
6. Ensure that the screw hole for the module screw in
the AC power controller assembly is located directly
above the power module's screw hole in the inverter
enclosure. Also ensure that there are no cables
below the AC power controller assembly and that
no cables get stuck here.
7. Insert the 6 screws and tighten them with a Torx screwdriver (TX20) (torque: 3 Nm).
8. Remove the module screw from the power module.
9. Place the cover of the power module in position,
insert the module screw into the screw hole and
tighten the screw (TX20, torque: 2.4 Nm). Ensure
the alignment is correct.
10. Connect the ribbon cable to the CON assembly and the AC power controller assembly.
