To reduce the risk of SEVERE INJURY to persons:
• DO NOT enable the LiftMaster Smart Garage Control if operating
either one-piece or swinging doors. Enable this device with
sectional doors ONLY.
If using the Smart Garage Control with residential door openers,
the control must be used only with door openers manufactured
after 1993 that use photoelectric sensors located near the
bottom of the door track that do not change the state of those
photoelectric sensors to a low power mode.
WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals including
lead, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer

emergency release.

Test door opener monthly:
Refer to your owner's manual.
Place one-inch object (or 2x4 laid at) on oor.
If door fails to reverse on contact, adjust opener.
If opener still fails to reverse door, repair or replace opener.
Do not remove or paint over this label .
Mount wall control out of child's reach
(at least 5 feet above oor).

Attach the Warning Placard
• Attach the warning placard to the
wall next to the door control.
Control Two Garage Doors
• Monitor, open and close a second
garage door with an additional
garage door sensor (SKU: 821LMC-
SENSOR, sold separately).

• A drill with 5/32" bit, screwdriver and ladder
(optional).
