Troubleshooting
If you experience any of the following difficulties
while using the unit, use this troubleshooting guide
to help you remedy the problem. Should any
problem persist, consult your nearest service
center.
The unit does not function
e Remove any obstacles between the unit and
the system.
e Use the unit closer to the system.
e Point the unit at the front panel.
e Replace all the batteries in the unit with new
ones if they are weak.
e Check to see that the batteries are installed
correctly.
The unit does not respond to key presses
e Remove the battery cover and remove one
battery. Reinsert the battery and replace the
battery cover and operate the unit normally.
