5) USE OF THE UNIT
5.1) Start up
To start up the unit, press the button (Fig.4 Ref. 1), and release when the unit is started up. The availability of tension
at the sockets is signalled by the lighting of the green pilot lamp (Fig. 4 Ref. 2).
5.2) Use of the unit
Before connecting any appliances, let the motor run idle for a few tens of seconds. Each unit is equipped with two sockets
(Fig. 5 Ref. 1/2):
— both of the single-phase for the model 4200.
— One single-phase and one three-phase for the model 5000-7500-10000. A fuse (Fig. 5 Ref. 3) on the single phase
out-put 10A (5000 DT), 20A (7500 DT). A thermal switch (Fig. 5 Ref. 3) 16A (10000DT).
The voltages available at the sockets are indicated in the specifications as well as on the instrument panel of each unit.
5.3) Turning off the unit
Before turning off, disconnect any connected appliances, let the motor run idle for a few tens of seconds, then pull the
lever (Fig. 6 Ref. 1), for the models 4200-5000 (Fig. 7 Ref. 1) for the model 7500 and the knob (Fig. 8 Ref. 1), for the model
10000 and release when the unit has actually stopped.
6) MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANTANT
All maintenance work shall be carried out power-off by authorized personnel only, after having let it cool down sufficiently.
We recommend strictly keeping to the instructions contained in the motor manufacturer's manual supplied along with
each unit.
