SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
Risk of suffocation! This grill is for outdoor use only and shall not be
used in a building, garage or any other enclosed area. Toxic carbon
monoxide fumes can accumulate and cause asphyxiation.
• This grill is not for commercial use.
• Children and pets should be kept at a safe distance during use.
• Do not use petrol, white spirit, lighter fl uid or alcohol for lighting.
• Do not use this grill until it is completely assembled and all parts are securely
fastened and tightened.
• Do not use the grill on surfaces made of wood or other fl ammable materials.
• Always empty this grill after use. Do not remove ashes or charcoal until they are
completely and fully extinguished.
• Do not touch the grill until it has cooled down completely. Wear heat-resistant
gloves during use.
• Do not touch or move the grill during use as it is hot.
• Do not stow the grill until it has cooled down completely and the ashes have been
disposed of.
• Always use a safety tool and heat resistant gloves when adding or moving fuel.
• Do not leave the grill unattended during use.
• Do not overload the grill with fuel.
• Avoid breathing smoke from the fi re and avoid getting it into your eyes.
• Always thoroughly inspect the grill before use.
• A slight discolouration of fi nish may occur after use.
• Children under the age of 8 are not allowed to use the grill.
• Children over the age of 8 and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or those with a lack of experience and knowledge may only use the
device if they are instructed on how to do so by a person responsible for their
safety, or if they are supervised and understand the hazards associated with the
use of the device. Children may not clean or carry out user maintenance without
supervision.
