LIMITED WARRANTY

In Order t o Make a Warrant y Claim During t he First 90 Days from t he Dat e of Original Purchase:
• Properly pack your unit. We recommend using
the original carton and packing materials.
• Return the product to the retail location where
it was purchased.
In Order t o Make a Warrant y Claim During t he Remainder of t he One- Year Warrant y:
• Locate your original sales receipt and make a note
of your model and serial number.
• Call Haier at 866.907.1655 to initiate the product
replacement process.
• You will be asked to provide your name, address,
date of purchase, model and serial number.
• Haier will arrange for a carton to be sent to your home to
recover the product.
What Haier Will Not Cover:
• Customer instruction. This owner's manual provides
information regarding operating instructions and
user controls.
• Improper installation. If you have an installation problem,
or if the product is of improper capacity, contact your
dealer or installer. You are responsible for providing
adequate electrical connecting facilities.
• Failure of the product resulting from modifications to the
product or due to unreasonable use including failure to
provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.
EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES—Your sole and exclusive remedy is product repair as provided in this Limited
Warranty. Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose, are limited to one year or the shortest period allowed by law.
This limit ed warrant y is ext ended t o t he original purchaser and any succeeding owner for product s purchased for home
use wit hin t he USA.

you specific legal right s, and you may also have ot her right s which vary from st at e t o st at e. To know what your legal

Exclusion of implied warrant ies: Except where prohibit ed or rest rict ed by law, t here are no warrant ies, whet her express,
oral or st at ut ory which ext end beyond t he descript ion on t he face hereof, including specifically t he implied warrant ies of
merchant abilit y or fit ness for a part icular purpose.

Haier Will Replace:
Replacement unit for any product which fails due to a defect in materials or
workmanship. The replacement unit is warranted for t he remainder of your product 's
original one- year warrant y period. The replacement unit may eit her be a new unit or a
refurbished unit .

• Include in the package a copy of the sales receipt or other
evidence of date of original purchase. Also print your name
and address and a description of the defect.
• You must return the product (postage pre- paid by Haier)
to GE Applaince's recovery center before a replacement
unit will be provided. Please include a description of the
defect.
• You should receive your replacement product within
7 to 10 business days after your unit is received.
• Replacement of house fuses or resetting of circuit
breakers.
• Failure due to corrosion.
• Damage to the product caused by improper power
supply voltage, accident, fire, floods or acts of God.
• Incidental or consequential damage caused by possible
defects with this product.
• Damage caused after delivery.
