Cont rols
NOTE: When t he bucket is full or removed, t he cont rols cannot be set .
1. Power Pad
Press t o t urn t he dehumidifier on and off.
NOTE: Turning off t he power by pressing t he Power but t on does
NOT disconnect t he appliance from power supply.
Cont rols t he fan speed.
Press to select either High, Medium, Low, or Smart Dry fan speed.
Set t he fan cont rol t o High for maximum moist ure removal. When
t he humidit y has been reduced and quiet operat ion is preferred,
set t he fan cont rol t o Medium or Low. Smart Dry compares t he set
humidit y level wit h t he act ual humidit y and adjust s t he fan speed
aut omat ically.
3. Display
Shows t he set % humidit y level while set t ing, t hen shows t he
act ual (+/ – 5% accuracy) room % humidit y level.
in Nonst op mode for cont inuous operat ion. To set t he unit for
cont inuous operat ion, press t he
indicat or light is illuminat ed.
NOTE : If Nonst op is select ed, t he dehumidifier will operat e
cont inuously at it s maximum dehumidificat ion set t ings if at t ached
t o a hose t o drain or unt il t he bucket is full. For drier air, press t he
pad and set t o a lower percent value (%). For damper air, press
the
pad and set to a higher percent value (%). When you first use
t he dehumidifier, set t he humidit y cont rol t o 45% or 50%. Allow at
least 24 hours for t he dehumidifier t o achieve t he humidit y level.
If you st ill have damper air t han desired, set t he humidit y level t o a
lower set t ing or select Nonst op for maximum dehumidificat ion.
Ot her Feat ures
Alarm
If t he bucket is full or missing, an alarm will sound for about 10
seconds t o remind you t o empt y and replace t he bucket .
Aut o Shut Off
The Wat er Level Cont rol Swit ch shut s off t he dehumidifier when t he
bucket is full, or when t he bucket is removed and/ or not replaced
in t he proper posit ion. An alarm will sound if t he wat er level cont rol
swit ch is not reset .

5. Filter Timer
Aft er 250 hours of operat ion, t he Clean t he Filt er indicat or light will
glow t o remind you t o clean t he filt er. Remove t he filt er and clean it .
Press and hold Filt er but t on for 3 seconds t o reset t he filt er
reminder. See t he Care and Cleaning sect ion.
6. Delay Off
While t he dehumidifier is operat ing press t he Delay but t on.

t he dehumidifier t o cont inue t o operat e before t urning Off.
NOTE: Aft er displaying t he t ime, t he Display will revert t o showing
t he current humidit y aft er 5 seconds have passed. Pressing t he
Delay but t on will display t he number of hours left on t he delay.
Delay On
While t he dehumidifier is off press t he Delay but t on.

but t ons t o select t he number of hours you want
t he dehumidifier t o remain off before t urning On.
NOTE: The display will show t he number of hours left unt il t he
dehumidifier t urns on.
To cancel the Delay:
Press t he Delay but t on once, t he hours remaining on t he Delay will
appear on t he display. Press t he Delay but t on again and t he Delay
will be cancelled.
7. Pump
Act ivat es t he int ernal pump funct ion. Press for 3 seconds t o
act ivat e t he int ernal pump for aut omat ic removal of condensat e.
The int ernal pump indicat or light will remain illuminat ed aft er 3
seconds. Press t o deact ivat e t he pump. Before t urning on t he
pump, ensure t he hose is connect ed.
8. Empty Indicator
The "Empt y" indicat or will blink when t he bucket is ready t o be
empt ied, or when t he bucket is removed and/ or not replaced in t he
proper posit ion.
NOTE: The fan and compressor will st op running as soon as t he
bucket is removed.
Aut o Defrost
When frost builds up on t he evaporat or coils, t he compressor will
cycle off and t he fan will cont inue t o run unt il t he frost disappears.
Power Out age
In t he case of a power out age or int errupt ion, t he unit will aut omat ically
rest art , in t he set t ings last used, aft er t he power is rest ored.
