Operation of control panel
a)
Make sure that the ON / OFF switch (on the back of
the device) is in the ON position.
b)
Select the MIG / TIG / MMA welding mode with the
[7] switch as needed.
c)
For MIG and TIG mode, select the 2T / 4T welding
cycle control mode using the [6] switch.
•
2T – press this button on the burner to start the metal
welding/cutting process, release this button to end
this process.
•
4T – press this button on the burner to start the metal
welding/cutting process, releasing this button does
not end this process. Press and release this button
again to end the metal welding/cutting process.
d)
For MIG mode, adjust the output voltage range
using the knob [4], wire feed speed using the knob
[3], inductance using the knob [5] and select the wire
feeding method (spool gun or MIG welding gun)
using the [9] key.
e)
For TIG or MMA mode, adjust the output current
range by turning the knob [3].
f)
For MMA mode it is possible to enable / disable the
VRD (voltage reduction system): Set the welding
current to 108A, hold down the 2T/4T button to
enable or disable the VRD function. The VRD function
indicators will light up in the ON or OFF position
depending on whether the function is on or off.

6. CONNECTING LEADS
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONNECTING LEADS:
MMA WELDING MODE:
1.
Select the MMA welding function on the control
panel. Turn the device off using the ON / OFF switch.

2.
Connect the ground cable to the connector marked
„+" (14) and turn the cable plug to secure the
connection.
3.
Then connect the welding cable to the connector
marked with the „-" mark (13) and turn the cable plug
to secure the connection.
ATTENTION! Polarization of the leads has to be
different! All polarisation information should be
shown on the packaging supplied by the electrode
manufacturer.
4.
Switch on the device with the ON / OFF switch. After
connecting the ground cable to the workpiece, you
can start working.

TIG WELDING MODE
1.
Select the TIG welding function on the control panel.
Turn the device off using the ON / OFF switch.
2.
Connect the ground cable to the connector marked
„+" (14) and turn the cable plug to secure the
connection.
3.
Then connect the TIG welding cable to the connector
marked „-" (13) and turn the cable plug to secure the
connection. Connect the gas lead directly to the gas
canister. Gas flow is adjusted using the knob on the
welding torch.
4.
Switch on the device with the ON / OFF switch. After
connecting the ground cable to the workpiece, you
can start working.

MIG WELDING MODE
1.
Select the MIG welding function on the control panel.
Turn the device off using the ON / OFF switch.
2.
Connect the ground cable to the connector marked „-"
(13) and turn the cable plug to secure the connection.
3.
Connect the polarity change wire (15) to the connector
marked „+" (14) and turn the wire plug connector to
secure the connection.
4.
The MIG welding wire should be connected to the
socket marked with No. 2 and the nut at the connector
needs to be tightened.
5.
Insert the correct filler wire and connect the gas
canister to the connector at the back of the machine.
6.
Switch on the device with the ON / OFF switch. After
connecting the ground cable to the workpiece, you
can start working.

FLUX WELDING
1.
Select the MIG welding function on the control panel.
Turn the device off using the ON / OFF switch.
2.
Connect the ground cable to the connector marked
„+" (14) and turn the cable plug to secure the
connection.
3.
Connect the polarity change wire (15) to the connector
marked „+" (13) and turn the wire plug connector to
secure the connection.
4.
The MIG welding wire should be connected to the
socket marked with No. 2 and the nut at the connector
needs to be tightened.
5.
Insert the correct FLUX filler wire.
6.
Switch on the device with the ON / OFF switch. After
connecting the ground cable to the workpiece, you
can start working.

MIG WELDING MODE + Spool gun
1.
Select the MIG welding function on the control panel.
Turn the device off using the ON / OFF switch.
2.
Connect the ground cable to the connector marked „-"
(13) and turn the cable plug to secure the connection.
3.
Connect the polarity change wire (15) to the connector
marked „+" (14) and turn the wire plug connector to
secure the connection.
4.
The MIG welding wire should be connected to
the socket marked with No. 2 and the nut at the
connector needs to be tightened. Connect the spool
gun control cable to socket 1 and tighten the nut on
the connector.
5.
Insert the correct filler wire and connect the gas
canister to the connector at the back of the machine.
6.
Switch on the device with the ON / OFF switch. After
connecting the ground cable to the workpiece, you
can start working.
